There are HUG bakery products for special moments and naturally, for every day, HUG is simply part of it. HUG develops, produces and sells a variety of biscuits, zwieback, aperitif biscuits, tartelettes, meringues – which could not be fresher or crispier.

The classic, the Willisauer Ringli

Hard but sweet: Who doesn't know them, the Willisauer Ringli, which can hardly be broken, but then melt in the mouth, as sweet as honey? The popular biscuit started to soar sky high 165 years ago. Once the home-made biscuit of the patrician family Pfyffer from Schloss Heidegg, found its way via the former housekeeper Martha Peyer into the bakery of her husband, Heinrich Maurer. Today the traditional Willisauer speciality is still baked according to the original recipe. Annually 100 million tumble from the baking trays.

Delicious biscuits for all seasons

Simple and quick desserts can be made with "Dessert-Bödeli", pastry cases, during the berry season. The popular, Nuss-Stängli nut bars, lovingly packed in transparent fresh packs, are to be had all through the year – traditional gingerbread biscuits and Christmas delights on the other hand are typical seasonal specialities.
